The color is always exactly what I want, because the colorists at eSalon take the time to ask you if you want changes and then listen to your requests. I'm very happy with them. Also, it's easy to change or even skip an order if life gets in the way of your hair color schedule.

I absolutely LOVE the custom color that the colorists created for me. I got a phone call because they were concerned that what I indicated in my survey would be too dark and the wrong tones for my skin. We chatted, she changed the formula to what she thought would work best, and she was SO RIGHT!

I've been using eSalon to color my hair for about 18 months. I colored my hair last Friday and Saturday morning went to get my hair cut. The first thing my stylist said was "WOW!! I LOVE this color!" And he even said it again once he dried my hair. When your stylist raves about your color, you know you're using a great product!

This is fantastic color and great kit. Pleasant scent. I am so happy to have found your products! I was so disgusted with over the counter dyes I was ready to give up. To go to a salon was going to cost over $100.00 every 4 weeks. My hair looks and feels great! Thank you!!!
