LOVE -- VERY happy with this product!!First time user -- I was a little anxious about the whole process. It is a challenge to get the back but doable. Somewhat messy and it did take me a long time to do my whole head but I'm sure I'll get quicker the more I do it. Super customer service and easy access to speak with a very helpful colorist. My hair is soft and shiny. Will definitely keep using this product especially since it's 1/3 the cost of going to a salon + no tip. I've been very pleased!All my color mixes have been excellent, and the customer service/attention to detail has been spectacular. I was especially impressed when a colorist reached out after I had trouble discerning which level my hair is (light brown, medium brown, etc.), because they thought my picture didn't quite match what I selected.
