I should have done this years agoI've been using box color for years and always thought it was "just ok". But I began to realize how harsh it is on my hair and the color never lasted and was never quite right or the way I wanted it. Just did my first color through eSalon and it looks amazing. Not dry or brittle. I'm not sure I'm loving the color I created yet, it's not bad at all, might need just a little adjustment, but I'm going to give it a few more times before I decide to tweak the color. Great color quality and excellent customer serviceI have coloured my hair with E-salon 3 times now. For my first order, I was immediately surprised at how beautiful and vibrant and perfect the colour came out without any bleach. Even though I had a pretty vibrant copper-red colour, it only bled for the first 3 washes and lasted a really long time. For the third colour I asked to adjust the colour a bit, to match my winter season preferences, and the colourist did a wonderful job matching my new colour mix to the reference picture I sent them. They even sent me the second bottle of colour for free. Overall I have never managed to get the perfect shade of red I desired outside of a salon visit and E-salon got it perfect the first time.
