Absolutely terrific!I love my hair; my grandmother was from France and she always said our hair is "our crown". I love having been a brunette all my life - but I've gotten older, with gray (UGH) which is hard to look at in the mirror for me. I've used the store-bought and salons which means my time and of course, the cost. I'm sure most people are hesitant about e-ordering hair color like I was but they made the initial plunge very easy to do and I am extremely happy, amazed, relaxed - one less thing to worry over these days with COVID, right? The colorist gave me a beautiful Mahogany brown that I would never find in a store or even at a salon. First time user - so pleased!My first time coloring with eSalon. Not only am I pleased with the color and condition, but the eSalon person (Mindy) who assisted me was fantastic. My hair is probably 75% gray/white naturally, but I needed to perk myself up. I had a stroke some months back and have lost tremendous amounts of hair. Trauma seems to do that to me. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. I was nervous because I had kept it "platinum" for several years because of all the white - until the stroke. I wanted to get close to my "natural" color -- a medium blonde with a definite reddish cast. I love it. Lots of fringe coming back in after the trauma, thankfully. This hair color is better than everI just used my new color that was shipped in July. I’ve been using this color for seven years. They changed a few things and it is better than its ever been. Applying the product is better. They changed the bottle and it’s not runny anymore. The shampoo is better. Years ago it was like this. I thought maybe now because my hair was longer the shampoo wasn’t enough so I always had to use my own. No, whatever this shampoo is it’s enough and it’s excellent, just like years ago. The color washes out really well. (At one point I had a big problem with this color not washing out and I almost stopped buying it. They gave me some tips that worked ok. But this is better!) There seems to be less of a strong chemical smell which is nice. And last but most important, the color is awesome. I have very long hair and I am all gray under this color and no one knows unless I tell them. So it’s always been good coverage. But this color is richer and shinier. I love it!! Also now I think you get one free every so often so that will be nice because the price went up two dollars. I am SO happy with this new product. Please don’t change anything!! I did not receive anything in exchange for this review. I think that’s important to know.
