Perfect color.I decided to change my previous color to a bit lighter and once again eSalon nailed it. I love this company! And customer service department are wonderful. I do not understand why people spend hundreds of dollars to Hair places when coloring your hair with eSalon products is very easy and so inexpensive. Perfect!!!!I worked with the colorist over the phone and described the color I was hoping to get. He took my feedback and produced the PERFECT color! The kit is very well organized and the directions are precise and easy to follow. My husband has become my hair stylist (I do the cutting and he does the color.) Amazing Color & EasyI wish I had found this product & service years ago. I just used for the first time, and I’m super impressed with the color match and all the tools and tips to help. The color is rich and the shampoo & conditioner make my hair feel luxurious. Also the smell is almost non-existent. I’m use to my hair smelling a little like color for the first day after a professional salon. I’m so glad that I don’t have to keep spending $$$ every 4 weeks to color my roots. Super Easy, Love the Color, Love the ShineI tried eSalon for the first time and I was amazed at how easy it was to cover up may gray hair. I loved the color the first time. As summer was coming to an end I knew I wanted to adjust the color for Fall. I did this with my second order. It was fantastic again.
