It’s PerfectLove this service. The color I originally ordered was reviewed by the Service team. They made a suggestion for a slightly different color based on the photo. Great Salon AlternativeI just did my 2nd coloring and have had a good experience. The first (light ash brown) turned out more red than I had wanted - I contacted the colorist and she adjusted the color for me and gave me personalized instructions for this 2nd go. I just did it and it's turned out much better, much less red, and I'm pleased with it. The instructional videos are very helpful also. Smells Good and Hair Softer Then BeforeReally love this coloring. Haven't yet found the right match, but that is o.k., because I will by being able to tailor the color, instead of box where you have one degree or another degree.
