Pleasantly SurprisedI was a bit nervous which is why it took me a few weeks to even do my hair. Once I did, I was surprised with the process and how my hair came out beautifully. So happyI went into this with hesitation after reading the reviews. I just finished blow drying my hair, and I can't believe how great it looks. No brassy tints, best hair color I have ever done! Beautiful Color and excellent help to create it!I loved this color even before I received it and began to use it. I was able to describe the look I was going for and the colorists managed to bottle my dream color... For now anyway. I switch up frequently, but I'm sure eSalon would help make anything (within reason) happen. AMAZINGOMG...the best colour I've ever had. I'd gone lighter on holiday and I wanted a 'richer' colour so I gave the team a new brief.
