Zuviel aschDie Farbe war nicht so zufriedenstellend. Sie kam sehr grünstichig und grau raus. Wahrscheinlich Zuviel asch . Ich werde es die nächsten 4 Wochen beobachten. Worst hair color I ever hadI ordered blue black, it was written blu black, but actually it is dark brown. I requested specifically that I don't want the color to bleed with every wash and this color bleeds woth every wash. Moreover, this made my hair so hard and rough. Not like it used to beSo I’ve been a pretty loyal customers since 2018. The price has gone up. The quality has gone down, unfortunately like everything else today. i’m not even sure I will be ordering again because I can buy cheaper stuff over-the-counter at the grocery store that covers the grays cause this doesn’t. I was disappointed!!!I just used my kit and for the first time, I’m very disappointed in the coverage. Your product did not cover my grey roots and the colour was very dull.
