First time was a charmThis is my first time coloring my hair at home and it was relatively easy. The kit had everything I needed, gloves, application brush, shampoo/conditioner and gel to protect from skin coloring. The directions are very clear. I really like that all my white hair are nowhere to be seen and I got the strawberry color I wanted to change from my natural brown. Looks really good with my fair skin. Sold on this product!The color is great and it doesn't fade! It's every bit as good as what I get in a salon and much better than the store bought brand I had been using. I highly recommend this product. Update: it seems like the recent change in the formula fades more at the roots. I like the creamier consistency of the new formula better and I like the color, but I think I notice fading. Great customer service - color runs dark and smell is a bit strongThe package and instructions were clear and not hard to do. The smell of the product is strong and color is almost black instead of a rich brown . Bin 100% überzeugtDas Konzept hat mich auf jeden Fall überzeugt! Der Bestellvorgang ist gut strukturiert, die Farbauswahl-, zusammenstellung, -anpassung wirklich wie beim Friseur. Ich mochte das sehr. Das Paket, das man dann erhält ist liebvoll zusammengestellt, alles sehr anschaulich und gut erklärt. Das Auftragen ist wie bei jedem anderen Haarfärbe-Produkt, ist eben auch ein bisschen Übungssache ;-) Aber das Ergebnis hat mich absolut umgehauen, überzeugt, ich liebe es!
