100% success!I have never colored my hair before and due to the virus needed to find a solution I could do at home to cover my roots. Esalon was perfect! Their questionnaire was detailed and the colorists were both responsive and experienced. They told me that the color I thought I would need didn't match the photo of my hair color. They were right! The color they formulated was perfect and blended seamlessly, as well as my hair salon would have done! The kit came quickly and was easy to apply. I was so scared!I have never colored my own hair but I can not say that any longer. My eSalon experience took place and I’m very happy to say I loved it! COVID19 pushes me into this “at home” direction and I’m very happy with your product! I’m anxious to see how long it lasts as this will help me to make some different choices to my old normal. LoveOk, so I broke the rules and didn’t color roots only as my instructions recommended. I LOVE how my hair came out. I was so tired of all the colors in my head from previous colors and highlights.
