Feedback of productI have no issues. This product is perfect in every way, shape and form. The color actually has a very slight shimmer of deep violet in the sun which really compliments my brown eyes and makes the color look more natural compared to a flat boxed/some hair dressers black. I feel as though esalon went above and beyond, from the personalized instructions, stain guards, two pairs of gloves, such professional packaging, name labeled, and so much support! My hair felt soft, shiny, and my grays are.... what’s a gray?! I wanted to thank my colorist Jennifer, and esalon for helping me feel beautiful during this difficult time. My colorI love my color. It soft natural and stays shiny after many washes. Everything including conditioner shampoo, gloves, stain remover. The price is reasonable and If I have a question, I can call my colorist to answer my questions. Easy to do..color looks great...autodelivery..and my own colorist to ask questions. Turned out better than I expected!I watched a video on youtube before I made my purchase, and the woman made it look super simple and she was happy with the results, so I decided to give it a try. I have short hair, so I figured it would be pretty easy for me to do. My hair was already colored with highlights. The grays were starting to show around the hairline and the color was fading. I really like how esalon's site does its best to match you with the best possible hair color. I have to say that the color I received was great - totally happy with it! I will be interested to see how soon it fades from washing, and if it lightens or turns brassy from the sun. I would have given 5 stars, but the hairline grays did not get covered by the color 100% (followed the instructions to the T ) I may try doing the highlighting myself, but it looks a little more difficult than I might want to attempt. LOVE!COVID 19 Hair Emergency....(sarcasm). My brunette color with bayalage ends was looking brassy and nasty. I was worried coloring would completely dull the highlights. Crystella, my colorist, did an awesome job. I'm so glad I included a picture so she could correct what I had originally asked for. The color is natural, very multi-dimensional, and you can still see glimpses of highlights on my ends. She did a great job. BEST HAIR COLOR EVER!I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am beyond pleased with the results. The color is perfect and the coverage of my gray (which is really mostly white) was amazing, and the texture of my hair is great as well. I normally get my hair professionally colored but would occasionally try an at home boxed product. Now, because of the current need to 'internet shop' I decided to try eSalon, as did my daughter.
