Great first experience!I have a head full of white/gray hair that I have been having colored to my pre-gray medium/dark brown at the salon for decades. When COVID-19 and the call to #StayHome came along, I gave eSalon a try to deal with my major gray root growth at that point. I stepped through the website form, uploaded a few photos, placed my order, and waited by the mailbox. TODAY my order arrived! I immediately tore into the package and gave the system a go. Well, I'm delighted! Now, it's possible that a big part of my delight is the fact that my roots are no longer white, which is a very BIG DEAL right about now, but I can also say that I found the process pretty easy to manage, even as a first timer. While my new hair color is slightly too dark, I'm still very satisfied. It's not dramatically off base, and I'm sure I'll be able to work with the colorists to modify my order for next time. And I will definitely be ordering again. I advise anyone doing this for the first time to head to YouTube and search "eSalon" to find the many videos that are out there. I found that I had an easier time applying my color myself because I had invested an hour or two in advance, getting tips about just how one actually does that. Anyway, I'm going to place an order today for my next box, so it'll be here at my finger tips, when the time comes to cover those gray roots again (in three weeks). Thanks, eSalon. Amazing ColorI hesitated about doing my own color, but I finally gave in (too many gray roots - ha, ha). I didn’t want to stop there, so also ordered color for the rest of my hair (to cover highlights that will grow out too far). I have NEVER colored my own hair before and found the instructions to be easy to follow and the results are truly amazing!! I did have to get some help (from my son, who is quarantined with me) - don’t know how someone could do this alone! All I can say is that I love how it turned out (and my family does, too). First time use - perfect matchI ordered to use as a touch up For my roots for in between appointments with my hair stylist. It was a perfect match to my color. Very satisfied and will continue to order. So much better than drugstore brands that Are Hit or. miss. Life saver!!!I am so happy with this company! I was given such wonderful customer service and I am so happy with the results. Great coverage and great colorReally pleased with the results actually. I have really thick hair and was concerned I wouldn't have enough to cover. But I even had enough for the rinse at the end. Excellent Resistant Grey CoverageGreat color and coverage. Thanks Yvette S! I would recommend this color for resistant grey. I did leave it on for 40 minutes because I know how resistant my greys are. The shampoo/conditioner smelled great.
