I really wanted to give 5 stars: the care with which the color was sent was so great, the directions were easy, but my greys did not get covered. 😢 my hair feels great, strong and shiny and I love the color that I received which is almost a perfect match to the salon hair I had. I am hoping for a better outcome next time!!🤞🏻🤞🏻

I ordered the Demi-permanent color and it made my hair so soft and the range of color is so pretty. Will be sticking with this color.

Love the new creamier formula!

The new formula is awesome! It went on easier and stayed where I applied it. Then when I brought it through the ends of my long hair it covered completely with a bit left over even. I love the color and now my hair feels healthier too. Great job on your changes. I was going to quit but couldn’t find a comparable color. Now I’m telling my friends to get their color from eSalon! FYI: I’m a retired Cosmetologist.

I followed instructions the best I could and the result was far better than I anticipated. The color was perfect and the overall experience less messy than I thought it would be. Given the pandemic and extreme need to color my hair, I'm so happy I stumbled on your product. You saved the day.
