Rip offI used eSalon once and it failed to cover my greys. I had no intention of using them again and then without my permission a few weeks later they sent more product and took money my from my account without my permission. It seems I unwittingly must have signed up to a rolling contract. It was worded like a survey asking when I would be thinking of colouring my hair again. I have red hair. Who’s listening?The “made for me color” failed. It had very little effect on my hair. I wanted lighter hair and it actually made my hair subtly darker. I tried the color on my eyebrows. My eyebrows are blond so there’s no reason it wouldn’t work right? It had zero effect on my brows. Im confused? The one thing I can say is that the smell is pleasant and my hair feels silky smooth. But please help red heads. We are color challenged.
