3 strikes your out....I should’ve taken the refund...After having the color adjusted, my hair still isn’t black, just an ugly brownish red. Either the product is defective, the color combination is extremely off, or you don’t sell black hair dye. Lovely non toxicMy hair colour did not have any strong smells and did not irritate my scalp. It was very soft & foamy which was nice. But, the only draw back for me is that it did not take too well on my greys, even though i followed the instructions fully, and also would have liked some different tones in the colour ( like in the adverts). 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
