Best choice.This color was so much more than I dared hope for. The red I'd had previously wasn't what I had asked for and I didn't like the way it looked with my skin tone. After a few emails and photos with the professionals, and now I have a hair color everyone says looks incredible. No more hair color salon for meI have been going to the hair salon for all of my adult life but I hit an age where the grays popped out sooner each week. Every three months turned into every six weeks and the cost was astromical. Found eSalon online. I will admit, it took me a couple of tries to get it right. Awesome color!At first I thought it may have been a little darker than I wanted but it isn't. It is a gorgeous color and suites my complexion much better than my salon color. This stuff is IDIOT PROOF!!I work 2 jobs, so when I finally get a day off I love to pamper myself and coloring my hair is one of those "pamper moments". I put the color in according to the instructions of my stylist and set back for 40 minutes,( I have stubborn greys, hence the 40 minutes). The next thing I know I'm waking up after having the color on 55 minutes! I run into the bathroom to rinse, all the while thinking I've burned my hair, or will have a weird color but NO, my color and hair were perfect! Great at home color; Frustrating customer serviceI actually am impressed with this brand and company. You get a wonderful box with customized color and developer made especially for you. You also get stain guard and removal, shampoo and conditioner. They give you 2 pairs of gloves as well. The color came out nice and I bought the tings rinse as well. I do wish and think it be great to offer free shipping to those who join the plan. My biggest and only real complaint is that customer service seems terrible. I called and asked to adjust my color and add a second bottle but checked my profile and see that what was discussed was not reflected properly to my account. 1st orderI moved and could not find a hair colorist, my roots were starting to remind me of the white line down the center of the highway!! So I happened upon eSalon, I hadn't ever done my own hair. Could it really be that easy? eSalon would set me up with a color plan!! Self said." NO WAY!" But wait for it I did and after a little pep-talk that I can do this. I have to say,"YES,YES,YES!!!!" It was a little tricky doing the back of my hair but I got her done and I'm so impressed! The color is beautiful! My hair is soft and pretty. My personal colorI was sick this month and it too me a few weeks to get to do my hair color. With that said I was more Grey than usual!!
