Great Hair Color Service! Bad Customer!This is a fantastic service and high quality products. I had not been able to take the time to color my hair since I started this service. I had my first color box and also had my first touch up color box that I had not had the chance to use any of them yet so I took the starting box and gave my friend who has lighter hair than I do and much less of it so the touch up box was plenty for her to do her whole head while I need the 2 bottles as I have a lot of waist length hair. Anyway I guess my hair is much darker than I thought because the only part of my hair that had any type of noticeable color change was the very top front where I applied to my greys first, the rest may have lightened a tiny bit but definitely not blonde or even light brown. I never color my hair and only have maybe 3 times in my life and only to cover greys. Remind u I am 42. I do believe this most likely was user error. Maybe I didnt apply enough product or something. Not too sure, will need to see what next color box turns out. My friend however who has chin length light brown hair did hers perfectly! Her hair turned out absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly the color I was looking for. I think had I applied enough product, it would have come out better. I also realized how important pics are! I was totally off on the actual color of my hair. It was way darker than I thought it was. Idk why I thought it was so light, but went right away and added pics. I am confident they will nail the color this time. The only thing I would suggest to any and all new customers is... Upload pics! Beautiful color!First time using eSalon! I'm very pleased with the results! Taking the time to consult with the colorists is so important. The communication was very good. The results are equal to what I used to get from my salon! So much better than what I have been using. The color processed fast and covered my substantial grays completely! Great color! Covers gray!I used to work in a hair salon and got my hair colored every 4 weeks to cover the gray. This color is a professional color! It's not a box color like you get from the drug store. It covers my gray very well! It's easy to apply! It leaves my hair shiny! The color match they did for me was perfect!!!! I'm very pleased! Rich shiny colorI literally looked all over the internet and called many salons before I found esalon. I wanted a Demi permanent color kit with professional results without the extreme expense and time in the salon. I have done this root touch up kit like 5-6 times and it always turns out perfect. I do leave it on longer than the 15 min it says since I have greys. I do 25 mins. But after this last one where I messaged to do the blend ends option to help neutralize all my blonde summer highlights it turned out great. Was worried it would look orange or something but it looks just how it does when I do this at the salon and it took way less time and cost much less. Such great colour!I am thrilled with how my hair looks after using my Esalon hair colour! I made a mistake my last colouring and went too dark. I had no idea how to fix this. The colour experts at eSalon worked out exactly what I needed to do to get to the colour I wanted. It would have cost me well over $300 to have the colour fixed at an in person salon. eSalon was very affordable for high quality product. I am so happy and grateful! Love the color!Before I rinsed it out it looked dark but once I blow dried my hair, I LOVED the color! So beautiful! Nice and lighter with a red tint just how I wanted it! Perfect job guys!
