The BestI travel often and it seems that a few days before my departure my roots decide to appear. By doing my hair color at home, I can color my hair to fit my schedule instead of a delay at a salon. custom colorI first picked out a color for myself (after having sent in a photo) and a color specialist responded by saying that they thought it might be a bit too dark. I took their advice and went with a lighter shade and it was exactly what I wanted. Later, when I decided to go even lighter, all I did was write in and say I wanted two shades lighter and voila! the perfect color. From skeptic to believerI guessed at the color I needed. From the picture I sent, they suggested an adjustment to it. I love the color and I never received this many compliments when I went to a professional! Their customer service is outstanding. It is helpful if you have someone who can help apply the color to the roots on the back of your head. My husband is getting good at that part. I also like having it shipped on a regular basis and the fact that they notify me a few days before they ship it in case I want to make a change.
