First time to color at home -- so pleasantly surprised!I first looked back in the beginning of lockdown and I was overwhelmed by all the colors choices. A wise friend said "just do medium blonde" start simple and you will be fine. She was right. I love how this covered my roots which had gone white (not grey) so I was worried about the white absorbing color weirdly. Nothing is brassy or cheap looking. Quality and great colorI owned a Day Spa and hairstyling salon a few years back and your product is excellent and we used Aveda products.. my daughter in law introduced me to your company and I am so happy she did.. New FormulaI questioned the appearance of the new formula when I combined the color with the developer. It was much thicker and gray in color. I was assured by customer service that it was not a mistake. My hair color looks great as always, it rinsed out and washed better than the original formula. I’m very happy with the change. Back to my natural color!I've been wanting to go back to my natural color of golden brown for a while now. I've been dying it different shades of black for the last few years.
