GraysI've been gettin my personalized color kit for 7 years. I love the color, it looks so natural. But I have had problems with the grays showing is just 3 to 4 weeks. Response to first use of product. I don't really want this published.I received the order Oct 5th. I used it the same day. The color did not cover my gray and my hair was dry and almost frizzy afterwards. I am not happy with the product and don't want any further deliveries. First time colour, a little too 'Gold'....My first custom colour turned out too warm.... very gold, even a little brassy. I wanted it to be very cool ash. bad batch of color maybe not satisfiedJust wanted to let you know I'm not happy or satisfied with my last color package. I have explained over the phone and by email. I either need a refund for my last color or the next order at no charge to me. Please let me know what you decide. If no refund or a free color then you can cancel my account. Terrible colourMy main request was to neutralise the red in my hair as my roots were dark with grey and the rest of ny hair was brown/red/ginger (wishy washy). I've waited months to do this, took my time to apply colour as guidance stated and now I've roots that match the other and I hate it 🙄 it looks redder than ever! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. What happened!?I've been using eSalon for over 2 years... loved it still do to a point. My last shipment was a weird one to say the least..I mixed my dye as always... this time it got hot?! Quickly??!! I went to grab my towel (typically what I do) came back (under 2 minutes) it exploded! All over my vanity in bathroom!! I scooped up what I could and placed on my hair needless to say no coloring took place... however it definitely colored my vanity! ! It's ruined... along with my lovely (sarcasm here!)
