Extremely disappointedI want RED not brown with barely a touch of Auburn. I was VERY dissatisfied with my order and my results. I even included a message to the colorist saying that I want MORE red and copper tones and instead; I got less. AND, the kicker is that EVERY TIME I have used your color, I get a different color--sometimes light auburn, sometimes really red and sometimes, like this last time a mousy brown with hardly any red at all. BLAH! Sure, you can try to send me a new kit for free. Do you want the old one back? I'm sure not going to use it again. But I'm also not paying shipping and handling to send it back to you. My husband does my hair and he follows the directions very carefully, so I just don't get it. I guess you think the mousy brown with just a hint of auburn is closest to my natural color and it is, but if I wanted my normal color, I would't be dying it, would I? If you can send me a kit that has a lot more of the copper red in it, then I will be happy to try it. Not at all what I was expectingI followed the directions to a T. Color all pretty much washes out at my roots and it’s red tinted.I sectioned off my hair and colored every stand and it looks like I didn’t even get any color on my hair 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not perfectThe colour looks just like I wanted but the bottle is so small I have to buy the ends refresher everytime, the conditioner sachet is not enough either so left my hair very dry tangled and hard to brush. Unsure if I will continue with plan or just go back to supermarket dyes as they are cheaper and leave my hair softer. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Did not cover greyThis is my second time ordering. I am completely disappointed. It didn’t cover my grey at all. It also left my roots a lighter color than the rest of my hair. Customer since 2011I have to agree with the other people finding the hair color is not working like it used to. I had always followed the directions and was happy with the results until about six months ago when I noticed that my hair was still a little grey afterward. I had a hairdresser suggest Nutrisse. Didn’t color my graysI followed instructions and it didn’t cover my grays At all . And it was alittle messier then my other dies I used plus it didn’t do much to my hair at all 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
