This is the 3rd kit I received. The color had to be tweaked a few times and it now matches my natural color perfectly! Great gray coverage and easy to apply. The only downside is that the odor is really strong in the shower when you are refreshing the ends.

I love the color and the ease of it all. I do wish it came with a disposable shower cap to put on while waiting for time to be up.
