Great product to save trip to salonI started using during the pandemic when salons were closed. I really like the product and the feel on my scalp and hair but it took 3 or 4 shipments to get my color correct. My hair is much darker than I want - I selected golden brown and my hair is definitely dark brown. My colorist has worked with me and the color is correct now but will take time for all my hair to grow out and be the right color. 100% grey coverageSmall issues with my initial order getting additional dye for my extra thick extra long hair. My porous hair is down to my mid back and I was told that the 2 bottle kit would be enough..... it wasn’t.
