I will never buy any other color from anywhere else again!Not going to lie I was nervous about trying this personalized color. I’m a natural red head but had my hair heavy blonde bayalage and I was ready to go back to my natural! And to my surprise this did it! Woah!I was afraid to try because I’ve had some bad box experiences! The idea of this being custom was neat so I gave it a go. SO GLAD! What a great product!When I first saw the color on top of my wet head I absolutely panicked. Then shampooed, conditioned, and was prepared to run to the drugstore in the middle of the night!. Much to my amazement the color was Beautiful! Your colorist determined that a lighter shade was needed and sent that. I am in love with your product and the new me. I am very impressed...and love the savingsI am so impressed with this product. I cannot believe that they were able to match....and I mean an exact match....to my real hair colour from some photos. It is affordable, better quality than what I had previously purchased and I'd argue just the same as the product my "old" hairstylist used on my hair. It has saved me a fortune. I was paying roughly $150 Cda per treatment and this was done roughly 5-6 weeks so I'd estimate $1100 per year. And, the instructions and care and attention to all the little details have made me far less stressed about colouring my own hair. I like the "how to" articles because they help a lot. The kit is great - love the stain guard, the shampoo, the conditioner AND the 2 sets of gloves - thank you! My only suggestion would be making the glove's sleeves (if that makes any sense) a little bit longer because I'm abit useless and end up getting colouring on my lower arms...thank GOD for the stain remover :) Thank you 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
