First time ... Wonderful

I was nervous but with the videos and with how it was packaged. My hair came out even better then when I went to my stylist for 10 yrs. My scalp isn't burning and I am not sitting for over 45 min. while my stylist is taking care of another person. When I started my hair had highlights. Followed all of the instructions and my highlights are still there. Thank you.

Customization and great system

I love the customization of the personal stylist... and they listen! I ask for some tweaks to my formula and it always works out so well. This is one of the huge advantages over 'box color'. The instructions and all of the little extras (2 pairs of gloves, stain remover, protector, shampoo and conditioner) also make the whole process easier and everything you can need is right there. Love it!

Did a great job coloring the gray. Loved the color. Darker than I like, but perfect for the winter. Easy to follow instructions. Color seems to be lasting much longer than others I’ve tried myself.
