Great Product!I've been holding on to the kit since I first ordered it months ago and have been reluctant to use it. I have been using my box color for so long I was afraid of what the results would be. I have to say I love it! The color is exactly what I was looking for and what it gives me that the box color doesn't... is dimension! My box color gave me the color I wanted but it was flat with not a lot of high or low lights. This looks natural and I've gotten a ton of compliments! Oh and it was very easy to use... no problems there! The kit has everything you need to complete the process and there's no odor! I have sensitive skin and it didn't irritate my scalp as many products do. That was a relief! My hair feels soft and isn't dried out or brittle. I'll be using this product again. This is the haircolor I have been searching for forever!I started coloring my hair with a light blonde in the winters to keep my sun bleached color and help with oiliness. Now that I've gone gray I needed some extra help with the coloring and I've gotten that with E-Salon! Amazing Color!I've been an eSalon customer for years and have requested a few color changes over the years. I am so impressed with all of the colorists! Every time I call and express the color/look I'm trying to achieve, they just get it and they have patiently answered all of my neurotic questions hahaha..... The last color change I received was exactly what I had in my head and turned out beautiful and vibrant. Everyone from the customer service, colorists and shipping departments have always been stellar in their customer service.....friendly, professional and accommodating.
