Delivered what they promisedI was hesitant to sign up for anything w an auto delivery but I was shocked at 3 things. The color and conditioner were fabulous. Cancelling (due to thinking of letting my hair go grey) and then changing my order frequency was easy. Resarting my order was easy. Custom Color set was right on!I am so happy that I finally ordered products from eSalon. I was so nervous I was going to mess it up and I have family coming for dinner tonight, but Mindy Y created a color for me and I just love it! Thank you. I even did the highlights afterward (I admit the purple mask freaked me out) and can't believe you all made this so easy for me. No more high priced salons for me!
