Amazing ResultsI am thrilled with the results of my custom color set. I ordered a richer tone than my current color and had much root growth to cover as well. With about 85% gray hair and 6 weeks worth of growth, there was much to do!! My results are exactly what I asked for- a rich, deep brown with gorgeous chestnutty red tones, super shiny and healthy looking and all of my gray gone. The customized instructions were easy to follow, and the cost and convenience cannot be matched, especially with such professional looking results!!! So gratefulAs this pandemic hit, your service was a lifesaver. I had never colored my hair myself and didn't want to spend time in a store trying to guess which one to buy. I am in a high risk group for the virus (over 65) and was glad to be able to get help from the comfort of my home. The instructions were easy to follow. Couldn’t be happier — thank you!Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been less than satisfied with the job my hair stylist has been doing for quite some time. The color was never quite right — too expensive, too dark, too light, no dimension, etc. I debating trying eSalon for months because I was nervous to DIY and it seemed too good to be true. I just colored my hair for the first time with eSalon and I couldn’t be happier.
