Amazing - I didn't believe it could happen!!Wanted to say a HUGE thanks to the team! I had only used colour myself once or twice before and only to cover the 'silver' in my hair - I'd always been someone who would rather give that responsibility to someone else! But the whole process from choosing the colour I wanted (with advice from the specialists) to getting the look was so easy. The instructions are fantastic and the colour at the end - MARVELLOUS! Impressive customer service and lovely productAs a user of supermarket dye, I was hesitant about using this service as it is more expensive, however I thought I'd give it a go. The product looks lovely and I was excited to use it, I followed the instructions to the letter but my colour came out very dark, almost black in fact. After an email to customer service they not only offered me advice to lighten it but gave me a free colour. Now my hair is lightening, I can see the colour is lovely and much richer than a box dye. Gorgeous colourI received my first colour package yesterday and was so excited to receive it! It came beautifully pacakaged with the colour, equipment and easy to follow instructions. I had given my colour spec, as you do but also gave the stylist licence to tweak it according to my picture. I am so glad I did this as the final colour is just gorgeous. Very impressed!!Just wanted to say thank you. This was my first attempt at dying my own hair and I was very nervous. The instructions were easy to follow and the end result is just fantastic! I am very pleased with the colour your experts have put together for me. It was a little darker than I am used to but I love it and have had compliments. I was blown away by how great this is!I was very nervous about trying to color my roots at home as I had never done it before. The good new is that I was blown away by how easy the process was and how wonderful the results are! Esalon makes choosing the right color easy and accurate. The kit is personalized and includes everything you need to do the job, including gloves, shampoo, and conditioner in addition to the color. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The results were just as good as my expensive salon and I didn't need to change my color formula at all, It blended perfectly with my existing color.
