Don’t waste your time, Customer Service won’t respondI sent pictures of my hair prior to my custom color being created and provided the details of the dark brown hair color I was seeking and it still wasn’t right. I emailed about how unsatisfactory your product was and Ive NEVER heard from anyone. Still a week later, no response. You email me every couple of days trying to sell me something but you can’t reply to my issue via email. I finally just gave up and cancelled the auto ship and when the second shipment arrives I will return it to get my refund. Ruined my hairI requested the brown//copper which on the picture had a pink tint to it. Follow the instructions to the letter and my hair is brown! Not just brown a horrible mud colour which is going to need bleach to lift. I tried this company as the colour I use is hard to get hold of, I picked a colour too match what I used and it's shocking. It's only hair but looking at the colour and I cried... Because I know this will ruin my hair to fix. Rest assured I won't be using this again. It’s OkI like the strawberry color as it’s close to my natural color. The only reason I color my natural red is because I’m getting whites. This initially covered them until the second hair wash. I used the shampoo & conditioner included and followed the time settings for processing. It’s been 1 week since I colored and I have whites like I never colored my hair. 😢 At least they blend into the strawberry blonde some. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
