I love my colorAt first I started using box coloring you can get at the grocery store, it was just okay. I really wasn’t happy because my hair always looked so dull and lifeless. Then I paid a fortune at the salon, that really didn’t make me happy either. One day at my ophthalmologist’s office I saw a lady with the most beautiful red hair. When I complimented her on her hair color she told me it was from eSalon. I’ve been a happy customer ever since. The color experts at eSalon got my color right the first time. It was the right color and had depth and dimension that even the salon didn’t give me. Even if they hadn’t of gotten it right the first time, they would have worked with me until they did. Best red shade achievedAlways wanted to be the red-haired girl of Charlie Brown, but since I only born Brown I had to adjust it. I spent lots of money in hair saloon only to reach a "fake red" shade. Gute Anwendung - leider leichten RotstichIch bin insgesamt zufrieden mit der Anwendung. Alles hat super geklappt mit der Lieferung und die Anleitung ist auch top verständlich. Leider hat meine Farbe einen leichten Rotstich, den ich nicht gewollte habe (Ton: warmes Beige). Dieser kam beim Strähnchentest auch noch nicht raus, sondern zeigte sich erst nach dem ersten regulären Waschen. expensiveI had a positive experience with this product initially, as it was reasonably priced at first. However, I was surprised by the automatic subscription feature, and the price for later purchases is quite steep. Great colourGreat colour, I was nervous but am a total convert from 6 weekly salon visits at nearly £100 per time. Only downside is that being on a plan does not attract free shipping. It exploded!!I went to color my hair(which I’ve done 10 times before according to my order history), and after adding the color to the developer, it exploded all over the ceiling! Eeeek!! I believe it was due to the heatwave we’ve been having in Seattle, because it came out hot. Which I thought was odd. So, I was hoping I could get a replacement? I sort of scraped up about half of the solution, but it definitely was not enough to cover all my grays.
