Perfect!Ok so I just got the kit in the mail today. I was nervous and couldn't wait to try it.....well... it took 3 tries but you guys didn't give up. You listened to me ramble on about this and that and skin color and eye color and what I loved and hated and what I wanted but couldn't have....You truly listened to it all and you developed the perfect color for me. Best hair color I have ever had for my Red hair!I'm 56 years old and have been coloring my hair for years. This color is the best I have ever used from a bottle! Best Hair color ever!My hair is course, naturally curly and thinning. After using esalon, everything has changed, including new hair growth. My hair feels so healthy, the coverage is awesome and it doesn't fade fast like all the others I've tried! Additionally, esalon has the best customer care department too! Great color. Not so great developer.Once the color was adjusted to a lighter shade with the help of my awesome colorist via phone, my kit then promptly arrived by mail a few days later. I then went and bought higher volume developer of level 30 (vs the 20 that came with the kit). The color processed successfully with slight brassiness that was perfectly corrected with a DIY toner. I now love my new copper mahogany red color and have received many compliments on my "Spring shade". Even after going to a beauty supply store the total coloring cost was still 2/3 less than going to a salon. Thank you e-Salon!
