My most recent color is my favorite formula so far!I’m wanting to touch up my roots at home due to Covid-19. I’ve had to try a few adjustments in the past but this last one darkest brown and 10V neutralizer has been the best color matching. Very pleased with process and results!This was the first time in many years that I've colored my own hair (a "Lucille Ball red" disaster last time!). So I really took several trips to the eSalon site before deciding to pull the trigger on an order, trying hard to get it right. I was NOT trying to do anything but continue the overall color I'd been having done - but on my own because of the virus shutdown. I also am a skeptic about buying lots of "add ons" and special products - I just wanted the basics but good quality basics. That is EXACTLY what I got. I feel great about the ease of use, the quality of the color and I look forward to seeing how the color "ages" over the next few weeks.
