Excellent Product & ServiceJust began using this service and so far I'm really pleased with the personalized attention and the quality of the products. After my first shipment they checked on me to see if I was satisfied. I made some comments about trying to keep the color from fading, and they worked to remedy this with an additional booster product in my next shipment. And it definitely helped. Great allover color.Love the color designed for me. It's just perfect. The instructions guide you perfectly through the process and the result is beautiful long-lasting color. Root coverThis was my first experienceia with Esalon, and I will definitely be using them again. I'm very happy with how my color came out. I told them that my hair gets green when using ash and that my hair gets brassy when using gold, the colorist made a great color for me. Additionally, my hair is very soft and shiny. I also love that the products are not tested on animals. You have a new customer Esalon, who is very pleased with your products. Great Hair Color!I am always a bit skeptical when trying new hair color, but I really liked the online help with the order process and I was excited to try my new color. I love it!
