So easy!!I am so glad I made this purchase months ago. I have such a hard time with box dyes and cannot afford $400 salon visits. Love my colorI have always used permanent color, but when I talked with a esalon colorists she thought I should try a demi permanent so I don’t get the line where my gray is. Great permanent colorIf you have grey hairs, this is a great color that lasts longer than any color from a box at the store to even at a salon, that I have found. ( Some of the grey's did come back around 8 weeks but when I used other colors ALL of my grey's came back within like 2 weeks). Hope this helps. And the customer service is great in my experience, I needed to change my color (I went too dark) and it was simple and easy to change it and the lady even explained instructions on how to fix it when I did get my new color. :) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
