I’mGetting better at this!I think I am getting better and better each time I color my own hair! Very helpful customer serviceI enjoyed the experience of esalon helping me find my desired hair color. I think I even became a difficult client by changing it up and needing the extra help to change my formulation a few times. I'm sorry about that, but they continued to work with me and resolve any issues that I had. The shipping did take almost 4wks for my last package but that has nothing to do with the company! Thank you very much esalon. I love my hair color results! Also the tint rinse is a great product to keep your hair up to par.
