TWO DIFFERENT COLORSI love the color and it lasts longer than Prefference but I ended up with the ends being a lot lighter than the roots. I will try to bring the root color all the way to the ends and see how that works this time. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Fabulous!!I absolutely loved the dark mahogany color that was sent. I did initially have a problem with the color leaving a waxy like residue on my hair, but that was soon rectified by washing again with a mild shampoo. This unfortunately removed some, but not most of the red top gloss, but the color is still good after a few weeks. Great Color and Excellent Customer Service.My initial review included three issues I'd experienced and unfairly blamed on eSalon. Joke was on me, because all of the issues were my fault, and were not the result of an allergy but of overbrushing with a fake Mason Pearson (go ahead, judge), me being a hot mess in the shower, and my naturally dry hair follicles (yech). What's most important was how eSalon and specifically, the graceful Porshawna, handled my sitch and my 'tude. They responded to my review directly on this site (tone was of concern and hope for rectification). They contacted me via telephone immediately. They refunded the price of the kit. And when I called them to come back for more because the kit actually worked magic they asked questions to make triple sure I hadn't had an allergic reaction (again, no allergy, refer to thefakemasonpearsonincidentthatwasmyfault). When I asked them if I could pay for the original kit cost, they wouldn't let me. Very few businesses demonstrate customer service at this level of excellence. Thank you!
