Roots are gone!Had a real issue with white roots not taking the color or washing out by 1st shampoo...I wasnt happy as I had tried esalon to fix the issue and the first formula did not....they reformulated my color at no charge and finally...white roots are gone!! Good option for not being able to get to a salonThe first order came with a pick/brush to help with the application. It helped a lot but, I assumed it was single use. Great product. Can you skip the ammonia?Covers my gray well and the color is a perfect and natural match. Other brands I tried gave me more of a mousy , dull result.
