So I made a mistake!This was my first time using this service. I loved the customization of colors that I could pick. I picked something I thought was close to the color now. It wasn't. They tried calling me, emailing me. They said it wasn't going to be ok. I ran short on time and didn't listen. I get my color. It is packaged so pretty. Instructions on point. I think that this will be great. Then I wash it and dry it. I am so pale and my hair is soooo dark that I look like a vampire. I give it to this company... They are legit, nice and prompt. They try to go out of their way when they think you are making a mistake. If I would have listened, I am sure it would have been great. Instead, the color did exactly what I was sceptical of, it is permanent! No fade yet 4 weeks in. I asked them to lighten the color and they will probably have a couple sessions to get it light enough again, but they are super nice about it. I will love this stuff with the right color! First time in using E-SalonFirst time in using E-Salon, showed them a photo of my hair. My first use was to cover up the roots which are really quite grey. When it arrived i did what was advised. Was quite happy with the out come although still have a patch at the crown that didnt lighten up to the rest of my hair. But overall happy.
