A very effective ProductI have only used this product 1 time but am very satisfied with the results so I will continue to use the product and hopefully get continued Good results. I've found a true favoriteThe questions asked of me were spot on, the color I received is perfect, and the directions were so easy to follow. The best part is the advice given to preserve color as well as the quality of the contents of the kit. Customized Color!I have been using eSalon for about a year now. I was super skeptical, but, after the first kit came, I was hooked! All I had to do was send pictures of what my hair looked like currently, take a short quiz, and, pick a goal color! That's it! The Stylists were always very receptive, and, easy to communicate with, so, it made it a really great experience overall. When I requested to go lighter over the summer, eSalon jumped right in and made adjustments per my request! This is a really great fit for me. I receive my kit in the mail, and I can color my hair when it suites me.
