I like how they will adjust the color if I think it's too dark, too red, etc.

My esalon experience

My colorist customized my color one time and has continued with the same blend for my roots originally at 6 week touch ups and now 8 week intervals. Not once since I’ve been using esalon have my roots turned black. I had no idea she had brought out my natural hair color with natural highlights and lowlights. Thank you Jennifer!! You saved my hair after so many years of frustrating box color!!!

This is easy to use and works great. My hair is the color I wanted without turning red or orange like most store bought dyes do to my hair.
