My hair feels like silk, the color is deeper and more true. The cost is great and it's so convenient to tell them how often I want it sent to me. One less thing to remember to buy. They will work with you to tweak your color until it's perfect. I've changed mine a few times, now it's my own personal perfect color. I get so many complementary comments. Still working on the colorMy hair feels super healthy, so I'm hanging in there as we're trying to get it to a darker shade. The process is slower than running to the drug store but my hair is so full and happy with the color treatment, so the pros outweigh the cons.
