Perfect process!This was easy peasy, with every single piece of the process included (gloves, brush, stain guard, stain remover). Easy, convenient and fastLove that I can get this in the mail so it's so convenient. I don't have to be looking to make sure I have the correct color or remember which one it was. Worth every penny.I loved every part of this process. I got to put a lot of detail into the color I was searching for. I was contacted to make sure they understood. The product came quickly in great packaging. The product itself was odor free. It was easy to use and did a fantastic job covering my gray roots and putting a beautiful all over color on my hair. There was more than enough product for my hair length. This product is definitely work the price, a bargain for the quality. Super pleasedI have had the same hairdresser for 44 years. I know that’s a long time! Well I have Natural red hair and in the past years it was dulling as I age like red hair typically does. So my hairdresser used a Redken temporary color to give it shine and depth. Pandemic time so I decided to try your product. First of all the color match is perfect. I was able to color the front and my teen granddaughter finished what I couldn’t reach. It looks like I just stepped out of the shop of my longtime hairdresser. Love it. What a terrific surprise.I have a multi dimensional hair color. It is strawberry blonde. Of course we are all inside now so I am not able to do my 3 week root appointment. I saw this co. On the internet and decided to give it a go. I let my husband play hairdresser and apply it. I was overjoyed. The match was perfect. I have started emailing all of my friends. Husband says "Perfect!"And I do too! Very impressed...was concerned I could not do it myself even with the step by step instructions but it works like a dream and for a bit of effort (and not overly messy) the results are outstanding. My stylist had cut back her hours before the pandemic and I had been commuting to another city and was soooo overdue! I had no idea what to expect but was overjoyed at the results...being an "older mom", about 10-15 years older than most of my friends, I need the gray coverage to look like "one of the girls" and not their mother! My only recommendation is that eSalon include 4 plastic clips...I only had metal ones and was afraid they would react with the haircolor...I was elated with the results, thank you eSalon and keep up the good work!! 70 of 78 people found this review helpful. Great color!I was nervous when I was applying the color because it was supposed to be an ash dark brown and while I was applying it, it looked more like black with hints of blue!
