As easy as home hair coloring is going to get!I continue to be pleasantly surprised by how well the colorists at eSalon know me and my hair. No matter what I ask, whether it's to tone down the brassiness or to deepen the hue, the colorists match the color beautifully. The product isn't hard to use, it's just a little time intensive to do it correctly - which makes sense given that to go to a salon it takes at least a couple of hours to have color applied. The product doesn't seem to dry out or harm my hair, and overall I am very pleased. The only thing they could do better is send someone to do it for me! :) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. I'll only buy from eSalon nowThis was not at all harsh on my already damaged hair. My hair also had been previously dyed with box dye and had very uneven coloring. After using the eSalon dye, it's far more even than I ever hoped it could be after one dye. And it's the color I was hoping it would be. the directions were simple and easy to understand. Love ITI've been using the custom hair color for a year or more. It has been so easy to contact my colorist and have changes made, when I want a little bit of a change. The best way for me to describe my hair color is radiant. I just love all the beautiful shades and shine that I get with this product. It has great coverage, easy to apply and I find it more convenient than a salon. In the past,I have had more damage done by going to a salon for color.
