I was apprehensive at first as I've had some bad experiences in the past coloring my hair at home. The box sat unopened for two weeks. Finally I opened the box and got to it. The color turned out exactly the way I wanted! Love the color! Great grey coverage! I will continue to use this!

I really just want to say thank you, my color was almost perfect, a little darker then I wanted but I do love it. I have a lot of grey hair so that probably why but it deposited the color beautifully. Thank you Melinda barrick

I am very pleased with the adjustments that were made to my hair color. And happy at the friendliness of the staff, and eager to help with what it is that I want. I love it! I have extremely thick and curly hair so when I do an inhome color I usually have to have 2 to 3 boxes of bleach plus just as many hair dye boxes. Esalon sent me enough for my whole head of hair AND I didn't need bleach. I am in love with this! Plus it was so much less than what I was paying.
