Really lovely and easy to useArrived in the UK quickly and before the estimated delivery date, easy to use and unlike most box colours washed out without leaving a initial heaviness that means your colour takes a few washes to show through. The kit was great and had everything I needed. The colour was a little lighter than I was expecting so I will be asking this to be adjusted. my hair is healthier since using custom color from EsalonI am really happy with the quality of esalon's hair color products. My hair had been damaged by too much balayage and it looked unhealthy and the streaks were brassy and overwhelming. I was so pleased to color with this hair color and see the damage be mended. I didn't get the exact color I wanted but it was very close to my natural color and it is shinier and lays so much smoother. I followed the directions exactly and it came out better than my stylist has done with balayage and that says a lot. I am working with esalon now to get the exact color designed for me. Not really one to review, but THEY NAILED IT!!Good bye silver crown!!! I was REALLY impressed. Felt a little “waxy” rinsing out, but after the recommended wash and condition, I felt brand new (and way “younger”)!!! full of joyi just used my first e salon color.....i am absolutely amazed at how beautiful this color has turned out. i have had my hair colored at a salon and i have done my own color at home but this........is amazing!!!!!! i have a bunch of grey around my face -- there is NO separated color line where gray took this amount of color and the rest another color---it is all one gorgeous color!!! thank you!!!!! 148 of 155 people found this review helpful.
