Absolutely loved and it was my first time!Everything was as promised. For the first time to color my hair at home, I was thrilled how it turned out. I had watched lots of videos on how to foil my color in for lowlights and wow, they made it look easy! I struggled with the whole foil thing and just decided to brush it in and while my technique was lacking, it still turned out great! The shampoo and conditioner they sent was awesome so I came back to order some of that today! My hair looks and feels smooth and shiny and smelled great immediately! Never going back to a salon for a colour!I am so, so happy I tried eSalon. The website is easy to use and allows you to easily add pictures, view your colour and message your stylist - as well as change your shipping date if needed with ease! Onto the hair dye, the application is easy to use and unlike other dyes doesn't go hard and sticky when applying, this stays nice and smooth making application easy and less to no chance of missing a patch! The colour is exactly what I wanted a vibrant red - better than when I've had it done at the salon or by box dye. I cannot comment on the longevity of the dye as I dyed it yesterday but regardless I cannot rate it enough. Even if it fades, which red is prone too anyway, I have a lovely looking tint rinse to use until the next ends application! Normally, I'd get a box dye and put it all over my head every 4 weeks (if not going to a salon) my roots needed 15mins with this kit and my ends 10mins - I followed the instructions exactly feeling as though 10 mins isn't going to be enough (not used to a short amount of time)- but it's all that was needed! New developer- amazingI have always loved the color system and the compliments I get are always amazing. The one thing I didn't like was having to clean up my bathroom from fly away drops of color. Today I colored my hair and didn't realize that there was a new developer. This stuff is fantastic!!!! Not only did I see the color better for application but the best part was no fly away color droplets when I applied it to the back of my head. Then when it was try to rinse in the shower- that developer mixed with water was heaven on my head. No runny color and I was able to better massage the color into my hair. Perfect Base Color (again)This was my first kit from eSalon and the ordering process was easy. the base color is really lovely- exactly what I wanted. After following instructions to the T, my hair looked good but felt dry. I emailed my colorist and she sent me the repair conditioner. I'll review that apart from this. I have had better gray coverage from Matrix but I like the color so much and the Cust. Service was so good that I'm going to give it another go. Overall this was a very good experience- I have my 1st auto ship arriving this week. I wanted to leave another review but it looks like I can just update this 1. My 1st auto shipped has arrived and eSalon Customer Service is incredible! This 2nd kit showed that they read , listen and remember. My hair looks AND Feels fabulous!! Excellent productnot only did it arrive quickly but the product is wonderful best home colour i have ever used, I cannot recommend them enough. I was dubious but ....It’s amazing! Colour match is spot on. Delivery prompt. Packaging great. Instructions and kit all very easy to follow.
