Gentle ProductI have been very happy with this hair color product. I find it gentle, and mild fragrance is good also. I have alot of grey roots so my schedule has been arriving perfectly for me. I only wish the renewal shampoo lathered and cleaned a little better my hair feels heavy after I use it. So I use another brand that strips my color off sooner. eSalon colorI have been a client since 2012, the colonists are so good they actually created the color my hair was originally when I was young. Just perfect! My first purchase & try at coloring my gray roots at homeMy hair is totally gray and the salon was foiling it to a medium golden blonde. This color is better than what I was getting at the salon - and at a 75% less cost. My hair feels better conditioned and is certainly less frizzy using your shampoo and conditioner. As good as salon color!I was skeptical at first, but I have been looking for ways to save money and decided to try this versus going to the salon. The process was super easy and I loved the instruction card and extra care they send you with the dye. After I finished the process and dried my hair, I was so amazed! Exceptional color and grey coverageMy hair stylist has told me that this color is perfect! It has been perfectly formulated for me, the color is bright and multi-dimensional, with depth and body, and offers complete grey coverage. Will never buy boxed hair colour from a store ever again!So glad I found this site!!! I had highlighted my hair sometime ago. I grew tired of the highlights and wanted to dye my hair back to original color (which is more of a medium ash brown). I picked out a light ash brown to go over my highlights. Somehow my highlights became a bit less obvious, but my hair as a whole became lighter. More like a light coppery brown. I hated it. My black eyebrows no longer matched by hair at all. I just used my custom colour last night and am thrilled. There's still a tinge of red to my hair (have purchase the red colour corrector and will use than soon), but my hair is back to a deeper brown that's far more natural. My eyebrows are happy again.
