GREAT COLOR EXPERIENCEI have only used store bought color in the past. So I wasn't sure what to expect with eSalon products, although, I did read all the reviews about eSalon before I ordered. All the beauty consultants that I e-mailed back and forth to find the correct shade for me were very professional and knowledgeable about their products. The color I was sent after a brief discussion about my current needs was beautiful. It was easy to apply and looked great. Love the resultsI love this product, it always turns out the same... no guess work! You can also tweak the color if it isn't exactly what you want, how wonderful is that?
