Amazing!Perfect color and match to my existing hair color! The package was adorable and personalized! One less thing to stress about in quarantine!This was soooo easy. I had only had my hair professionally colored before (for more than 30 years) and my stylist recommended eSalon when it became clear that she would not reopen in the foreseeable future. I talked to the colorist twice, completely reassuring, knowledgeable and professional. They got the absolute right color, my daughter could easily apply it and it looked fantastic. I no longer am reminded about the holding pattern we are all in every time I look in a mirror. I know it is self-absorbed, but I feel so much better and my mood has really improved. Customer Service ExcellentSo I had an allergic reaction to the patch test. Of course, this meant that I couldn't use the dye. When I rang up customer service they were super understanding and even sent over the ingredient list so I can find out what it is that caused my reaction. They also refunded my order right there and then. All of this has resulted in my four star review. So impressed!I was so happy with my first experience with eSalon. As an unnatural redhead, I've had plenty of color disasters in my life (think bright red roots with the rest of my hair nearly black), plus my hair is just difficult to get to an even color because there's more build-up as you go down the hair. eSalon included two different dyes in my first package, the first just for my roots, and the second for the rest of my hair, and it blended to a perfectly even color! I'm honestly amazed that they were able to make it work using one selfie better than the results I've gotten from some actual salons. Plus, my hair is shinier and feels smoother than it was when I was buying dye from a beauty supply store, and the shampoo/conditioner they have you use after the dye made it so that I didn't have purple pillowcases and towels and no color running the next time I washed my hair. Also, the dye droplets didn't seem to stain my white bathroom as much. I don't know how it's possible, but I'm very happy! If I had to give one critique, it's that I wish they could use more eco-friendly packaging, like maybe less cardboard/paper/plastic and I really only needed one pair of gloves instead of two, but I also know it's a challenge to package these chemicals in a sustainable way.
